Cassie Dress - Mustard

The Cassie Dress in Mustard is a gorgeous summer dress with an elasticized off the shoulder neckline with shoulder straps. The top bodice features double layered ruffles that continues down the sleeves with shirring at the waistline. There is no zipper to this dress and has an elastic opening. There is stretch at the shoulders and waist.
